Fika Architects designed a campus of three multi-tenant industrial buildings, totaling over 223,000 SF of warehouse and shop space. Each building is equipped with 20 loading docks and is designed for flexibility, allowing the spaces to be divided to accommodate multiple tenants. This campus provides a cohesive, efficient, and adaptable environment for industrial operations, meeting the diverse needs of businesses in a modern, functional setting.
