Fika Architects partnered with Beat the Streets Detroit, a nonprofit dedicated to providing wrestling and MMA training for underprivileged youth, to develop an initial design concept for their new facility in Brightmoor, Detroit. Created for marketing and site selection purposes, the design features a pre-engineered metal building system, a balcony viewing area, and space for three full-sized wrestling mats. This project aims to create a safe, inspiring environment that supports athletic development and community engagement.
