AFC-Holcroft, a leading manufacturer of industrial furnace systems for heat-treating ferrous and non-ferrous metals, engaged us to revitalize their Wixom, manufacturing facility. The project includes designing a new office addition, renovating the existing factory, and implementing a comprehensive exterior re-design. Enhancements include replacing outdated metal siding with insulated panels to improve environmental performance, along with new direct fired heating units.

The design balances simplicity and refinement, reflecting the company’s straightforward operational ethos while highlighting the complexity of their equipment. A prominent main entry was incorporated to create a welcoming focal point for visitors. This project modernizes the facility, improving functionality, sustainability, and aesthetics.
